1. Meetings
Club meetings take place at various times throughout the term. These meetings are a forum for club announcements, questions, and discussion from month to month.
Attendence at these meetings is mandatory, and if you are not in attendence, the onus is on the club to find out what it has missed.
Clubs meetings will be posted of the Federation of Students website; www.feds.ca
2. Executive Orientation
At the beginning of each term, the Club Director will hold a training session for all new and existing club executive members. This will take place in the beginning of each term, and will cover club operations and procedures for new executive to help ease their transition into their new roles with their clubs.
