UWAA is a group of UW Students dedicated to assisting members in enhancing their advertising and sponsorship acquisition skills. The other goal of UWAA is to prepare members for a possible career in promotion and advertising. UWAA will assist other on-campus clubs in their advertising efforts and sponsorship acquisitions.

Members will have the opportunity to enhance their advertising skills by attending marketing workshops, as well as participating in speaker seminar series.

Social events will also take place to help members get to know each other. Some events include Coffee Night, Movie Night, Tubing, Inter-university events, and Trip to Toronto.
