Starting a Club
If you see a need fora new club on campus, it's easy to get started. We recommend you make anappointment with the Clubs Director to discuss your application before you get started. However, we provide a number ofresources, listed below, to help you get going with a new club on campus.
To ensure that your club isrecognized by the Federation of Students, you must submit a club constitution& club package to the Clubs Director. All new clubs must be approved by theInternal Administration Committee (IAC). IAC meets once a week each term. Thedeadline for new club applications is the 4th week of classes.

Constitution
Constitution Checklist
Every club must have create and submit a constitution to the Federation of Students as part of the process of becoming recognized. The Constitution Checklist helps outline what must be included in your club's constitution.

Clubs Package Checklist
Club packages must be handed in each term for clubs to be active. Click here to find out what to hand in if you've been active within the last three terms.
Signing Authority Form
The Signing Authority Form denotes who has authority to approve expenses for the club, book events, and otherwise provide written consent on behalf of the club. Each club need to have 2 signing authorities per term.
